Refund Policy

  1. Service Refunds: Ranki Host offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on its web hosting services. If a customer is not satisfied with the service and cancels within the first 30 days of service activation, they may request a refund by contacting Ranki Host’s customer support.

  2. Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide a valid reason for cancellation and request a refund in writing, either by email or through the customer’s account portal. Refunds will only be granted for the hosting service fees and do not include any additional fees, such as domain registration, SSL certificates, or other add-ons.

  3. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to domain registration fees, SSL certificate fees, setup fees, and any other fees not directly related to the hosting service. These fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase and are not eligible for refund.

  4. Refund Process: Once a refund request is received and approved, Ranki Host will process the refund within 14 business days using the original payment method used by the customer. The refunded amount will be prorated based on the remaining days in the current billing period, and any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.

  5. Refund Exceptions: Ranki Host reserves the right to deny refund requests in certain cases, including but not limited to:

a. Violation of Ranki Host’s terms of service or abuse of the hosting service. b. Disputes related to domain registration, SSL certificates, or other non-refundable fees. c. Refund requests made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired. d. Refund requests for accounts that have been terminated or suspended due to violation of Ranki Host’s terms of service.

  1. Service Changes: Ranki Host reserves the right to update, modify, or change its refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the current refund policy on Ranki Host’s website or contact customer support for any inquiries or clarifications.

  2. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel their hosting service with Ranki Host if they wish to request a refund. Ranki Host will not be liable for any charges incurred due to the customer’s failure to cancel the service or request a refund within the designated timeframes.

By using Ranki Host’s web hosting service, the customer agrees to abide by this refund policy and the terms of service outlined by Ranki Host.
